Patron Code of Conduct
Our commitment
Admission to the venue requires compliance with all posted guidelines and staff instructions. Failure to adhere to such guidelines and instructions may result in refusal of admission or removal from the venue at the sole discretion of management.
Security
- Admission to the venue may require consent to a reasonable search for prohibited items.
- Consent for such searches may be requested at management’s sole discretion. Those who refuse to provide such consent may be required to leave the venue, and their tickets may be revoked without refund or credit.
Ticketing & Seating
- Only tickets purchased through SigPro or its authorized ticket seller are valid for admission.
- Ticket returns, resales, and exchanges are only authorized when completed by The Villages Entertainment Box Office or through the original purchaser’s online Box Office account.
- Third-party sales and re-sales, including via direct-to-purchaser or crowdsourcing platforms and websites, are unauthorized, and such tickets are not valid for access to performances.
- Venue policy and Florida Statute 817.36a prohibit reselling tickets on the premises (scalping). This policy will be strictly enforced.
- Patrons are entitled to the seats displayed on their valid admission media. Seat-switching, section swapping, and self-upgrades are strictly prohibited. SigPro operates seated venues; there is no standing room, and patrons must maintain their assigned seats at all times.
Children
- Children under four are not permitted in the theatre unless otherwise noted as a family- or child-friendly show. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult age 21 or over.
- Everyone entering the venue must have a ticket, regardless of age. Adult vs child pricing, if available, will be denoted at all points of sale.
- For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, children who are disruptive to other guests will be asked to leave the theatre with a guardian.
- Infants will not be allowed to attend Broadway performances.
Service Animals, ESAs, and Pets
- As part of our commitment to making the arts accessible to all, SigPro welcomes service animals as defined by and subject to the parameters of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
- Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and household pets are not permitted to enter our venues.
- Individuals and organizations seeking locations for environmental distraction training for service animals in training may contact SigPro at info@significantproductions.org to request approval in advance; permission for such activities cannot be considered on-site.
Late Arrivals
- Ticket holders who arrive after a performance begins are subject to late seating policies, which vary per show.
- You may contact SigPro at info@significantproductions.org three days before the performance to inquire about late seating, a contractual obligation between the venue and the performing artist, which is strictly enforced.
- No refunds will be given for late arrivals.
