Elliot Sussman

Elliot Sussman

President

Elliot Jay Sussman, MD, MBA has been helping to transform The Villages® into “America’s Healthiest Hometown” as Chairman of The Villages Health (TVH). Dr. Sussman served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) from 1993 through 2010. He was Associate Dean of the Biological Sciences Division and the Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago from 1988 – 1993. At the University of Pennsylvania, he was Associate Professor of Medicine and Associate Administrator at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He also is the past-Chair of the Board of the American Association of Medical Colleges and a past-Chair of the Council of Teaching Hospitals. In addition to serving on the Board of SPI, he serves as a director of Universal Health Services Inc. and as a Trustee of Yale New Haven Health System. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MD from Harvard University, and a BA from Yale University.
Marcus Bridgewater

Marcus Bridgewater holds a BFA in technical direction from North Carolina School of the Arts, and has an extensive background in set design, project management, and production. He is the CEO & Founder of Choice Forward, personality behind Garden Marcus on social media, and author of “How to Grow: Nurture Your Garden, Nurture Yourself.”
Donna Taylor

Donna Taylor

Treasurer

Donna Taylor has been a volunteer Usher at The Sharon L. Morse Performing Arts Center and The Studio Theatre Tierra del Sol since their opening. She always looks forward to enhancing the guest experience at every performance. Donna enjoyed a ten-year career in Banking, Marketing and Public Relations. For many years, food and travel were her inspiring advocations. After her banking career, she opened her own Travel Agency and traveled the world. She “hasn’t been everywhere, but it’s on her list” is a favorite quote. Later, she moved to Canada and graduated from Northwest Culinary Academy in Vancouver, British Columbia. Concerned about the conservation and protection of our planet’s waterways and oceans, Donna is the Published Author of, “Riley to the Rescue on the Hudson River,” a Juvenile Fiction book.
Elizabeth Constant

Elizabeth Constant

Secretary

Elizabeth Constant was one of the original staff members of The Sharon L. Morse Performing Arts Center in 2014 when the building was converted from The Church on the Square. She was one of the founding members of The Studio Theatre Tierra del Sol in 2016. She served on the script selection committee until 2022. Constant was the Booking Manager for The Sharon from 2014-2022. Her other roles in the community included facilitating for the Villages University and participating in the executive committee of Florida Presenter’s Professional Consortium as the recording secretary. Constant has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Houston. She returned to Texas residing in Fort Worth with her spouse. She has a position in the arts administration at Bass Performance Hall.

Jason is a proud member of the Significant Productions board. With over 20 years of experience in the theatrical community he hopes to bring all that experience to bear in the years ahead.
